Easy Flow Yoga for Absolute Beginners - Pre-Registered 5 week Progressive Series
Join us for a 5 week, 1 hour per class series designed for Absolute Beginners, introducing you to Flow Yoga. We will explore the foundations of a Flow Yoga practice and encompass all aspects including, Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing), Meditation and Relaxation Techniques. If you have been thinking about trying a yoga class but haven't had the time or haven't been able to find the right class, this is the beginners class for you. Our class size is a maximum of 8 and is designed to provide guidance and support as you explore and learn about Yoga.
