Ashtanga:
Enhance your stamina, flexibility and endurance with a
vigorous and steady practice as you flow from one posture
to the next. Be prepared to sweat!

Belly Dancin' Yogi:
Find the goddess within as we explore an exotic
expression of swirling hips and funky beats, ending
with a deep stretch and a good laugh (please bring
scarf or boa).

Hatha:
Relax and rejuvenate by increasing inner focus, flexibility
and finding peace and contentment through breathing, stretching
and meditation. Includes: gentle yoga; hatha flow; rise 'n
shine yoga.

Pre-natal:
Nurture and sustain a healthy body, mind and spirit for you
and your baby. Experience a peaceful, safe way to stretch,
breathe and relax.

Pilates:
Tone, stretch and rehabilitate your body with classic pilates
and inspired movement. Correct your posture and strengthen
your core using your own body weight, floor work, pilates rings
and stability balls. Leave feeling stronger, leaner and longer.

Yoga 4 every body:
Listen to your inner teacher and learn to modify postures for
your body type in a gentle flowing class, while improving your
balance, alignment and peace of mind.

Mysore:
Develop and deepen your personal practice with the assistance
of a teacher to encourage independence, increased awareness and
correct form. This is a non-led class designed for students with
experience. Posture sheets are available to assist your personal
study.

Yoga Sound and Breath:
Let your spirit move you and allow the breath to lead the way by
practicing postures, chanting and meditation.

Kids Yoga:
What better way for your child to learn how to stretch their body,
focus and clear their mind and breathe. We will practice in a fun,
creative way through the use of music, stories, games, animal postures
and relaxation. Includes: kids grades 1-4;
grades 1 and up (accompanied by a one on one worker); and parent and
child ages 3-8 years.

Teen Yoga:
Take a break from the busyness of everyday life, tone your body,
clear your mind and don't forget the best part: candle, incense and
final relaxation. Aaaahh!

Intro to Meditation:
Learn how to meditate using gentle yoga, buddhist techniques, and guided
imagery. Our purpose is to focus on an inward journey bringing ourselves
into a place of calm and clarity through this progressive program.
