Pre-natal:
Nurture and sustain a healthy body, mind and spirit for you and your baby. Experience a peaceful, safe way to stretch, breathe and relax. ^ top


Pilates:
Tone, stretch and rehabilitate your body with classic pilates and inspired movement. Correct your posture and strengthen your core using your own body weight, floor work, pilates rings and stability balls. Leave feeling stronger, leaner and longer. ^ top


Yoga 4 every body:
Listen to your inner teacher and learn to modify postures for your body type in a gentle flowing class, while improving your balance, alignment and peace of mind. ^ top


Mysore:
Develop and deepen your personal practice with the assistance of a teacher to encourage independence, increased awareness and correct form. This is a non-led class designed for students with experience. Posture sheets are available to assist your personal study. ^ top


Yoga Sound and Breath:

Kids Yoga:
What better way for your child to learn how to stretch their body, focus and clear their mind and breathe. We will practice in a fun, creative way through the use of music, stories, games, animal postures and relaxation. Includes: kids grades 1-4; grades 1 and up (accompanied by a one on one worker); and parent and child ages 3-8 years. ^ top

Intro to Meditation:
Learn how to meditate using gentle yoga, buddhist techniques, and guided imagery. Our purpose is to focus on an inward journey bringing ourselves into a place of calm and clarity through this progressive program. ^ top
