Drop In Class Schedule
Studio open 7 days / week.  Studio opens 15 minutes prior to class. All Classes DROP IN Format, unless marked PR.  No Pre-Registration required for Drop In Classes.  Pre-Registration Sign |Up is required for all Cardio, Strength and Stretch Classes.
